  1. No Returns Accepted: Our policy states that we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

  2. Defective Products: In the event that a product is defective, we will send a replacement product and the customer will not be required to return the defective product.

  3. Non-Received Orders: If a customer does not receive their order within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will refund the full amount paid by the customer.

  4. Request for Refund or Replacement: To request a refund or replacement, the customer should contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  5. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the product unless the product is defective.

  6. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.

  7. Limitation of Liability: Our company will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  8. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 1 hour of placing the order. If you cancel within 1 hour, we will refund the full amount of money you paid. If you cancel after 1 hour, we will refund 70% of the money you paid.
